Join us this summer at Leo Chinese Kung Fu for an enriching experience designed for children ages 6-13. Our Chinese Kung Fu and Self-Defence Summer Camp focus not only on physical training but also on teaching discipline and boosting concentration. Through our well-structured programme, children will learn valuable skills that extend beyond martial arts, helping them in all areas of life.

Welcome to Leo Wing Chun Chinese Kung Fu's Chinese Kickboxing class – an engaging and practical approach to mastering skills and techniques for real-life situations. Our Chinese Kickboxing curriculum places a strong emphasis on mid and long-range attack and defense, seamlessly integrating techniques from Hung Gar, Muay Thai, Muay Chaiya, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and boxing.

At Leo Wing Chun Chinese Kung Fu, our Chinese Kickboxing classes offer more than just self-defense training. They provide an invigorating and enjoyable workout experience. Weekly Training Sessions:
Two-hour sessions each week, crafted to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and self-defence skills.

Discipline and Focus:

Activities designed to teach the importance of discipline, respect, and concentration.

Strength Training:
Exercises to enhance physical strength and endurance.

Coordination and Flexibility:

Drills to improve overall coordination and flexibility.

Chinese Martial Arts & Self-Defence Skills:

Chinese Kung Fu (Wing Chun & Hung Gar) and practical self-defence techniques are taught in an engaging and safe manner.

Fun and Learning:

Interactive games and activities that reinforce learning in a fun way.


Concentration and Coordination
With distractions abound, cultivating concentration is crucial. Our programme incorporates exercises that sharpen focus and enhance coordination, enabling Junior Tigers to excel not only in martial arts but also in their academic and personal pursuits.

Beyond individual growth, our classes emphasize the importance of teamwork. Junior Tigers develop physical strength while learning to collaborate with peers, fostering a sense of camaraderie that extends beyond the dojo.

Through Chinese Kung Fu and consistent reinforcement of core values, our programme instils discipline in Junior Tigers, teaching them the importance of commitment, perseverance, and self-control. By embracing discipline both on and off the mat, students develop the habits and mindset necessary for achieving their goals and navigating life's obstacles with determination and integrity.

Master Leo Au Yeung: our school's head, boasts over 30 years of expertise in Chinese martial arts. Proficient in Wing Chun, Choy Lee Fatt, Hung Gar, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing, he brings a wealth of diverse knowledge to our institution. He's also recognized as a renowned fight choreographer for numerous award-winning films.

Caylyn Au Yeung: Background in criminology with psychology, coupled with her role as a psychologist, uniquely equips her to enhance children's experience in Chinese Kung Fu for self-defense. With a deep understanding of human behaviour, crime patterns, and trauma, Caylyn can provide tailored support to children, helping them develop not only physical self-defence skills but also emotional resilience and awareness. Her expertise enables her to address the psychological aspects of self-defence training, fostering confidence, empowerment, and a sense of safety in young learners.
