Wing Chun Classes
We teach the traditional Ip Man Wing Chun System including - Authentic Hand forms, Wooden Dummy and Complete Syllabus from Beginner to Instructor Level.
We currently have two Wing Chun classes running and one kicking boxing classes at Russell Square and South Wimbledonone every week. Please click the map below for information

Chinese Kickboxing & Sparring Classes
The lesson will concentrate on the proper Chinese kickboxing techniques, e.g. punching, kicking, body conditioning, deflections and sparring. You will able to learn self defence and keep fit at the same time.

You are welcomed to come along to watch and/or participate if you are interested in attending these classes - the first lesson is FREE and you can come on any day. You are not required to wear a uniform, but you do need to wear a plain black (or dark coloured) T-Shirt.
We welcome people of all levels, from beginner to instructor - the classes are split up according to levels to suit every individual.
Lau Family Hung Gar
Due to the Lau family tradition, the style can only be permitted to be passed on privately. Private classes can be arranged by contacting us - private classes are held in Sutton, Surrey.
