Chinese kickboxing is a mixture of traditional martial arts techniques put to use in a realistic environment. It is also called free style Chinese Kickboxing.
It consists of short, middle and long range techniques, a mixture of punching, kicking and throwing. Speed, conditioning and timing are a key focus in Chinese Kickboxing. The fundamental emphasis is on realistic fighting ability.
We use punch pads during training and students can wear protective punching gloves if they wish. Working in pairs and in small groups it is fun yet hard work.
Beginners as well as advanced students benefit from the simple yet effective technical drills. No matter what skill level you are at, there is a large scope of teachings that can benefit each individual.
